A certain exchange has obtained a MiCA license and can conduct business in 30 countries in Europe.
On June 28, according to reports, a certain encryption trading platform recently obtained the "Crypto Asset Market Regulation" (MiCA) license issued by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), allowing it to operate in 30 countries within the European Economic Area. Since the regulatory framework officially came into effect last December, many encryption companies have applied for this license. MiCA was implemented in 2023 and covers the encryption asset regulatory rules for the 27 EU countries as well as Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.
