#香港稳定币监管# Wow! The stablecoin regulations in Hong Kong have come into effect? That sounds very advanced! 😮 I just started getting into Crypto Assets and don’t really understand what stablecoins are. I saw in the news that many big companies want to apply for licenses, it seems very impressive. However, the Monetary Authority said the licensing threshold is very high, and the first license won't be issued until next year, so it doesn't seem easy. By the way, they also reminded everyone to be careful of scams, saying that no licenses have been issued yet. What impact do these regulatory rules have on us ordinary users? Is there anyone who can explain to me what stablecoins actually are and why they need regulation? 🤔
